2. Event Organizer Terms

• Eligibility: You must be legally permitted to host or manage the type of event you're offering.
• Event Accuracy: You’re responsible for ensuring your event details are clear, accurate, and up-to-date, including eligibility, deadlines, fees, judging criteria, and submission requirements.
• Fees and Payments: We may charge platform and/or processing fees. These will be disclosed during event setup. You are responsible for any third-party payment processor fees.
• Refund Policy: If you offer refunds, you must clearly define your policy. If your event is canceled, you are responsible for refunding participants.
• Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your event content but grant Hallucyn.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and host your event.
• Removal: We reserve the right to remove events that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or that generate serious complaints.

3. Buyers and Non-Organizers Terms

• Submission Terms: By submitting content to any event, you agree to follow the event’s specific guidelines. Submission does not guarantee selection, feedback, or prizes.
• Fees: You agree to pay all applicable submission or registration fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the event’s refund policy.
• Conduct: You agree not to submit illegal, plagiarized, or inappropriate content. Violation may result in removal or account suspension.
• License: You grant Hallucyn.com and the relevant event organizer a limited, non-exclusive right to use your submission for judging, administration, and promotional purposes related to the event.

4. General Terms

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or for any reason at our sole discretion.
• Third-Party Services: The platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Hallucyn.com—including design, code, trademarks, text, graphics, and logos—is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant Hallucyn.com and the event organizer the rights outlined above. You must not submit content you don’t own or have permission to use.

6. Information Disclosure

We may disclose user information to comply with legal obligations, law enforcement, or protect our rights. We do not sell or lease personal data without consent.

7. Information Sharing

We may share limited user data with event organizers for administrative purposes. Organizers are required to handle user data responsibly and lawfully.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hallucyn.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee reliability, accuracy, or performance. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Applicable Laws
